I Guess You Could Say My Blog Is Closed!!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I haven't blogged in forever and it's not as if I have many readers out there, but, I just couldn't help but blog about the pretty (and easy) little things we are doing around here for Valentine's Day.

Today we are having a birthday/valentine's party for the day care children. I made these cuprcakes which I thought were just pretty! I used my pampered chef decorating tips and then sprinkled them with sugar. Super easy but simple and cute.

The next thing I wanted to share are these little treat bags. Again, nothing spectacular, just cute!! I found these bags at walmart. They are hallmark bags and came with the twisty and the heart. I had the little stickers which I added.

The last thing which is my favorite are these little Valentine's cards that the girl saw advertised last time we were in WalMart. We used this photo:

It was as simple as taking your memory stick into WalMart and having these cute little things printed off. They come in a sheet of 3 and then you have to cut them. They also include the little valentine envelopes. Price isn't bad at $.40 a sheet. We added to the bottom of the card "Have a dog gone good valentine! From The Girl".

As the card reads "Have a dog gone good valentine!" and have a great day!

Edited to add: I know I speak of WalMart a few times in this post but when you live where I do you just don't have much to choose from. WalMart, my mall of choice!!
